HANDSTANDS FOR YOGA - JUMP AND FLOAT: In this workshop we will get straight to the analysis of where you are in your handstand and what you can do to get a more efficient line.
After the line work, we will continue towards floating into Asanas with Lolasana and Tuck as the gateway to the floats.
